Biscuits with almonds, hazelnuts, cardamom… 

Today we made some dinosaur biscuits. Personally, I prefer the jam-version… but they are yummy in any case.


You need:

150 g whole wheat flour

150 g wheat flour

45 g ground almonds

45 g ground hazelnuts

90 g sugar

200 g butter

A pinch of salt

A pinch of clove powder

A pinch of cinnamon powder

A pinch of cardamom powder

Peel of one  lemon

Raspberry or red current jam if you like

Mix it all to a dough. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll flat and cut out biscuits or make small plate-shaped biscuits to fill with jam. Put in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 12-15 minutes.
