Waldorf doll wardrobe (part 2)

Once upon a while the most beautiful Waldorf doll joined our family. Obviously, this little lady merits a new and complete wardrobe… So this weekend, I crocheted a shawl, bonnet and tote bag for her…

I followed, with some minor changes due to another type of yarn, the tutorial by Sophie. I found this tutorial on the blog L’Atelier Clandestin who put together a treasure chest of Waldorf dolls clothes tutorials here. This set is for a doll of 42 cm. I used DMC Natura coton yarn and a crochet hook size 3.5 so that the clothes wouldn’t be so stiff. I might try some plusher yarn next time. It must look fantastic with Alpaga or Mohair… I truly enjoyed making this little project and I think that more is to come.
