Kira and her baby ♥ (part 2) (swap inside)

One of the reasons I decided to get into blogging was the hope that this would allow me to connect with other bloggers and by doing so, to get the possibility to swap gifts with them.  Some of you might know by now that I am a huge fan of swaps. In fact, I am a serial swapper as you can see here and here and here. And a new swap is on its way…

One of my favourite bloggers is Julie. I have been following her blog, Julieféedesbulles, for years and admired her delicate photographs and poetic world. Julie does many things but, lucky me!, she does not crochet and so, when she saw Kira, we somehow ended up preparing a swap. Julie loves Lalaylala’s crochet patterns, and Kira Kangaroo in particular, and I have been waiting for an occasion to crochet another one for a very long time. If this is not a perfect match!

Fortunately, I found exactly what I needed. And because Julie has very good taste, she is obviously also a fan of Liberty of London fabrics and it was crystal clear that Kira would get a Liberty, rather than a knitted, scarf.

Julie knew that she would get Kira, but since I have not sent my parcel yet, the rest of it will be shown to you in another post. Psst!!!
